Concrete Foundations and Driveways for Two Brothers in Itasca, Texas

Two brothers, who are next door neighbors in Itasca, Texas, both wanted detached garages and driveways for their properties. The first step was to pour the concrete foundations for the garages, with slabs measuring 20x25 ft and located adjacent to the side of each house. After we formed and poured the garage foundations, we started work on the driveways.

Both properties required some dirt work to improve drainage and prevent flooding in the front yard. After modifying the ditch, we installed a culvert and added fill around it to keep it securely in position. We then formed up and poured the concrete driveways.

Not only will these driveways provide excellent all-weather performance, but they will also help make the new garages look more cohesive and intentional on the property.
