Office Foundation For Portable Building Company

Quality Storage Buildings is located in Itasca, TX. They are building a new manufacturing facility near the I-35 North of Hillsboro and needed an office building to accommodate their executive offices.

The office building is a 40x48 ft building, featuring a conference room and several individual offices. It also features an 8 ft L shaped porch. 

Based on the soil conditions, the architect specified concrete piers, as well as perimeter and interior beams to support the structure.

The porch features a tan stamped concrete. The stamp pattern is a rustic wood look that complements the stone exterior of the office.
