As we advance in the Hillsboro, TX industrial project, we wanted to share a significant update. Between Phase 1’s foundation work and the upcoming steps, we tackled a key facility component: constructing the truck docks. These docks play a crucial role in the building’s operational functionality, and their construction requires precision and attention to detail.

Truck Dock Construction Highlights

• Footing Installation: The process began with pouring a robust footing to provide a strong foundation for the dock walls.
• Foundation Wall Placement: A sturdy wall was poured against the building’s foundation to ensure proper structural support and a seamless connection.
• Angled Walls: To enhance durability and water management, angled walls were added on both sides of the docks.
• Pit Slab and Drains: A reinforced slab was poured at the bottom of the pit, complete with integrated drains to manage water runoff efficiently.
